Mauimarkmemark for Model Number Sears 59676523500 I have replaced watervalve for ice maker . I am considering a new ice maker which still is not producing ice. I have a very low freezer temp . but ice maker not calling or filling with water. I am wondering if a faulty control board could also be the problem. I am leaning towards a new icemaker but I am wondering if the ice maker could be good and is reporting to a faulty control board.
Answer Hello mauimarkmemark. Make sure the freezer is at 0° and the fill tube is not frozen. If there is water coming to the unit, correct temperature, fill tube not frozen and water valve is new, and still not any ice. Replace the icemaker in the unit. Read More...
