Chuck for Model Number ksrb25fkss03 The fresh food side is running very cold even at the lowest setting. The freezer is running properly. What could be causing this?
Answer Hello Chuck, Sounds like you need to replace the diffuser WP2209751. This is basically the little trap door that allows the cold from the freezer side to be shared to the fresh food side. If the spring has come off or the device has frost holding the little door in there open, it will turn the entire unit into a freezer. Read More...
