Melissa for Model Number GBD307PDS09 Oven display faded while in use, and oven stopped working. The internal circuit board had two relays melted. Replaced relays, but display is still blank. The oven starts to heat now, but stops before reaching temperature. Do I need a new board, or is it possibly something else?
Answer Melissa, You will want to check the transformer for the display to make sure that it is good. Test from the J16 connector on the control board for 120 vac between pins 5 and 7. If 120 vac not present then replace the control board. If there is 120 vac present then check on the same connector between pins 2 and 3 for 12 to 24 vac.
