Janet for Model Number RDB305PDS15 I am having problems with my Whirlpool Double Wall Oven. The oven is 11 years old and I have replaced the Control Panel twice when I received the E6n0F2 Error Code approximately 5 years ago. The display is very dim when I am using the oven and I don't dare use both ovens at the same time. Recently the oven started beeping (I hadn't used it in a couple of days) and when I looked at the display it was asking me if I wanted to clean. I hit upper off and it went off but within a few minutes it did it again. I could not get it to cancel so finally had to throw the circuit breaker. The next morning I turned the power back on and it seemed ok. I used the upper oven for about 45 minutes and it went crazy, beeping and again asking me if I wanted to clean. I should point out that the oven was not dirty. I turned the power off again and later turned the power back on had pressed the upper oven cancel button for 5 seconds and it gave E6n0f2 code once again. Which part do I need to replace? Control Panel Assembly with the Membrane Switch or the Assembly Control, or both. Thank you
Answer Janet, For the display being dim then this would be the most likely cause would be the transformer WP9760587. For the issue of the buttons beeping then this will most likely be caused by a faulty control panel. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, March 21, 2018
