Joshln S for Model Number MCE800AYW The timer on the upper unit keeps clicking and counting down. Both the bottom and top units still dry. The timer for the top unit does not seem to stop resetting.
Answer Joshln, With the timer continuously resetting you will want to check the incoming power to the unit first. Make sure that you have a constant 240 vac getting to the unit and that it is not dropping too low. If the power checks ok then the control board would most likely be the cause for the issue.
