Bob for Model Number MCE800AYW My console board is dead, no lights or reading..I have power to it so how do I know if it is the console that is bad or the board?
Answer Hello Bob. If there is power to the control board, but nothing going out to the console, replace the board WP31001562. If there is power going out, replace the console 31001658. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
