Mel for Model Number maytag MCE8000AYW The on/off button does not work on the bottom dryer. Does the console include the logic board? Or would I have to buy the logic board and the console? In some areas around the buttons, the sticky pad is coming up. I don't know if I need to replace both the logic board and the console (because piece is coming up) or if the console includes the logic board. Please help.
Answer Hello Mel! The console assembly 31001658 does not include the logic board WP31001562. If the buttons are coming off on the console you may only have to replace the console itself as that is what sends the signal to the board. Hope this information helps. Read More...
