Tom for Model Number Maytag MCG8000aww my maytag neptune lower dryer heat does not come on. upper air dryer has heat. all other controls and functions are fine. no error messages.
Answer Tom, You will want to check your thermal fuse for the lower dryer for continuity and test the thermostats as well. If they do not have continuity then they will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
