Dick for Model Number MAH3000AWW Neptune washer doesn't enter high speed spin. Does this mean that I must replace replace the motor control board or are there other possible causes?
Answer Hello Dick. Check the door lock, spin enable switch, balance switches, drain pump, and the motor control. All of these can cause the issue with the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
