The serial number of the machine is 91659297JT. I ordered the P/N WP22004046, as that appeared to be the correct board for my model number, according to the information on your website. However, I'm finding that one of the three wire harness plugs does not connect to the board, as the replacement board has a different type of connector there. Can you tell me what I need?

Rich February 27, 2017 for Model Number MLE2000AYW My washer/dryer combo will shut down after approx. 5 mins. of turning on, it will shut the "on and door locked "lights off and shut totally down, I have replaced the timer and that did not solve the problem, I have followed the RD30 wire to the JP4 connection and the lower interconnect cap(RH) and it seems to have good connection. I really hate to spend upwards to $300. for a motor control board if that will not solve the problem. I have paid 2 separate repairmen for them to repair it and that has failed also, any suggestions or solutions?

Dan August 11, 2015 for Model Number MAH7500AWW Serial #B1669337EV Motor not working and Speed Indication Error, error code 6 for locking rotor. I replaced the motor and motor control board with the conversion kit 12002039 from another vendor(who said it would work with my serial #), but I would get a few loads done, and then error would come back. Installed a 2nd kit that was sent to me, had the same issues. So I had a service tech come out, and he tells me that I should not have used this conversion kit with my machine. I should have used replacement board would be 22004046 and motor 22003856. The part numbers on the conversion kit matched my original motor and board, so I'm not sure where to go from here. Thanks.

Captain Bligh November 12, 2014 for Model Number MAH4000AWW Ordered the replacement motor control assembly listed on your site for my Maytag Neptune washer - MN MAH4000AWW. A appliance repair company tech reported that the existing assembly was kaput. The assembly I received doesn't even come close to matching the existing assembly. Apparently, there is a wiring harness needed to hook up the new assembly to the existing motor but that was not noted in the replacement part listing. So, even though the parts matching link says the assembly works for my washer, it really doesn't without the missing wiring harness. I don't want to buy a new motor since the existing one works fine but it looks like that is what you are advocating. This has turned into a big inconvenience for me along with a wasted hour trying to make sense of the mismatch. Do I need the wiring harness? Will this motor control really work with the existing motor or will I have to purchase that as well before I get anywhere near success with this replacement? What would I have heard from the appliance repair shop if I had agreed to have them fix the stupid thing?

Joe October 27, 2014 for Model Number MLE2000AYW washer will shut off during rinse cycle. press start button and washer starts up. will shut off again during spin cycle, press start and washer finishes cycle. door lock light does come on. have run washer with no clothes in it and washer runs through complete cycle.
1 Answer Joe, With that complaint and description, the first thing to do is remove the fill hoses and clean the debris screens in the fill valve and hoses. If the washer isn't filling properly, and the pressure switch doesn't show the control a "closed" circuit the washer will shut down, when the eeprom sends out it's data check circuit (approximately 10 to 15 minutes into the cycle).
