Pete S for Model Number mdb7851aws dishwasher doesn't drain all the way I replaced the drain pump,no change, inspected drain lines they are clear,ran the drain line into bucket ,gets a good stream for two cycles but when it is done washing still tub is still about half or more with water during the other cycles it empties all the way could the control panel be bad
Answer Pete, It's not likely a control board issue. The average drain cycle is approximately two(2) minutes long. You could time it if need be. The most likely issue could be the drain baffle WP6-919119. If the four(4) baffles are not straight, the drain pump cavitates and the drain pump cannot move the drain water properly. Read More...
