Jerry S. for Model Number GC3SHEXNS16 The refrigerator side is freezing items mostly on the left side. The freezer side looks like a blizzard when I open it up. The unit does turn off and on but mostly on. Inside the freezer middle height is a oval or round iceberg. About eight inches across, always the same size. Is this a front control board issue? Answer Hello Jerry, This sounds like an air leak near the center of the freezer door gasket or an ice door not closing. After finding the air leak and correcting it, be sure to clear the frost build-up in the damper so the freezing in the fresh food side will stop. Read More...
