Worry Free Technician was at our house and said that the Kitchenaid Refrigerator(13 years old now) needs a new control board, which is now not available. The freezer and refrigerator were staying cold, but she is beeping and going on and off intermitently. He referred to Service Bulletin #W10823379B as the problem with the board and that is has been discontinued. Is the board, listed in the Service Bulletin and giving us the problem part number WP2307037, or something else? The PSEG man said he couldn't repair it because the control board is not available anymore.

Joe December 01, 2022 for Model Number kitchenaid kscs25fvss01 Fridge and freezer seem to still be functioning but the lights are out and the temp gauge is out. After I restart the temp gauge (inside top fridge) starts climbing then beeps and turns off. When I try to get water out of the dispenser, it just beeps. Sounds like compressor is still running. Carl May 27, 2022 for Model Number GC3PHEXNS00 My Whirlpool Gold side by side refrigerator runs then stops constantly. Gives off a sound (5 blurbs) maybe a temp alarm over 44F. The freezer blower makes a clicking sound as if it trying to start. After a while, it will start and then shut off again. Someone has told me it may be the electronic board.
