Ray for Model Number KSCS25FTSS02 I was replacing a light bulb inside the refrigeration side but the bulb didn't turn on. I tried testing the outlet with a multimeter to verify that the socket had power. In the process of testing, I heard a pop and the other light went out along with the the digital display on the Control box. I tried taking off the control box, but wasn't able to figure out how to make remove it. When I press the on/off button, I hear a series of beeps and the digital display counts up from 1-3 and then the display goes dark. As of right now, the motor still runs and both sides are still blowing cold air. However, none of the lights on either side turn on any more, the digital display on the control board is blank, and the in-door water dispenser does not work (only beeps when I press it). Can you please let me know how I can repair this. Do I need to replace the Electronic Control Board? Is there also a main control board for this unit? Thanks, Ray
Answer Hello Ray. Based on the information you provided, you shorted out the main board W10219463 on the unit.
