Marisa for Model Number GC5SHEXNS03 I received this used fridge and had it installed in my home last week. It was working just fine previously. Once it was in my house, I noticed that when I opened either the freezer door or the fridge door, the light would not come on. It was cold inside however. I shut the door, then re opened it (did this a few times) and then the light would come back on (both sides). Is this an issue with the control board? I find it odd that it had been working fine before and then it's moved into my house and now it's not.
Answer Marisa, You will want to check the light switches on the unit to see if they are making good contact. If the switches check ok then the control board would be the issue.
