Gary for Model Number KSCS25FTSS00 For about a month, the refrigerator has been making a clicking sound and a faint chirp with the fan cycling on and off every couple of seconds. The sound is coming from the bottom of the refrigerator. So far, the freezer and fridge are maintaining correct temperatures. A technician diagnosed the problem as a failing main control board located at the bottom of this side-by-side KitchenAid refrigerator. The technician said that the control board was no longer available. I contacted Whirlpool and they confirmed that the original main control board was out of production but said the Electronic Control Board Service Kit W10823803 could be used. When I searched your website for my model number, part number WP2307037 is displayed as the Electronic Control Board replacement. Which part should I use?
Answer Gary, If the manufacturer states that the W10823803 board will work for your unit then this would be what you would want to use. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, September 19, 2018
