Jeff for Model Number EC3JHAXRL00 my refrigerator is staying cool and freezer is staying at 2 deg. problem is i hear a clicking noise and the fan on the outside located by the compressor shuts off an on about 4 times a minute an when it starts i hear a long beep. i blew off the coils an under neath is clean. its 13 years old is it time to replace or start replacing parts not sure the life span on a fridge is.
Answer Jeff, In the compressor area find the control board and the power coming in is a black and white wire that should have a constant power supply of 120 volts. If you find the voltage not constant or you lose your voltage when the fan turns off then your issue is in your home wiring. If you have a constant power supply here and the condenser fan keeps turning off and on then the control board is failing and that part is no longer available.
