Steve for Model Number WP2307037 Hi, my Whirlpool Gold, Model GC5NHAXSB00, has an issue. The issue is the compressor doesn't come on and the fan in the back is on and off. There is beeping noise. The control panel in the cooler side don't come on, unless I pressed the on/off button, then it comes on and then off again. I think the electronic control board is broken, but I can not pull it down to inspect it. Do you know how to replace the electronic control board?
Answer Steve, with the power cord unplugged, the light cover would need to be removed to access two screws that keep the control housing in place. Once the screws are removed, the panel would pull forward, and then it can be pulled downward.
