Minniemouse for Model Number ED5VHEXVB00 Wont dispense ice. My problem is the coupler turns when the ice bucket is out and I can easily stop it with my hands. How do I know if my coupler is the problem or the motor? I watched your video which shows how to remove and replace a stripped coupler, but mine does not have a nut on it. I can spin it freely in both directions. If it is just the coupler then how do i get it off if theres no nut holding it on? I've tried pulling it, that doesnt work, any suggestions?
