Christine H. for Model Number MOD PT122MFMARWW SERIAL HD905103V My GE refrigerator has caps on the door, one at the top of the door and one at the bottom. I've had the fridge for 12 years now and have replaced the caps 3 times because they break all the time. I was trying to locate the parts on your website but cant find them. Can you help me? And if you know what I'm talking about do you know why they continue to crack and break completely off?? Or, can you just help me find the parts so I can order new one. Thanks for you help..

Unfortunately, we do not know why the part would continuously crack and/or break other than manufacturer defects and age of the product. Make sure the items are installed properly. Thanks.
