Gail Taft for Model Number JCB2059GES The icemaker stopped producing ice and the metal arm is flat against the ice receptacle. Does that mean it needs a new bearing and what part is that. I read somewhere that there is a reset button. Where would that be on this model? Thanks so much
Answer Gail, I doubt a new bearing WP628356 will solve your issue. You most likely have an issue, inside the control head mechanism, the "auto off" mechanism assembly has failed.
