Beth for Model Number SCD25TW P1190426WW I've replaced the harness, water inlet valve and icemaker. It looks like the icemaker is having trouble pushing the ice out. I can turn the frig off & back on and it resets and ejects the ice. I tried turning the tiny adjusting screw clockwise half a turn but the water level is still pretty high. It's an ice ejection factor more than anything. The new icemaker came with a new water fill cup.
Answer Hello Beth, If there is too much water pressure and overfilling the icemaker then the icemaker cannot turn enough to engage the heater. You will want to make sure that the icemaker is sitting level. If it is then you will want to try to regulate the pressure by closing off the water supply line a little. Read More...
