Curt for Model Number WSF26C2EXF01 The fridge ice dispenser auger motor would not work but ice maker was making normally. Ordered new auger motor tried to install when it came in would not fit wrong motor. when i reinstalled old auger motor it started working again dispensing ice. Now the ice maker no longer makes ice. Could it be ice maker quit working, was something left out, Does auger motor wiring have anything to do with icemaker? Kind of at a loss at this point. need help thank you in advance. Answer Curt, The wiring of the auger motor would have no effect on the operation of the icemaker. Check to make sure that the icemaker is not frozen up where it cannot dump the ice.
