Jay for Model Number RT21LMXKQ06 Have discovered that my defrost timer runs VERY SLOW as much as 20 or more hours between defrosts. Timer runs perfect on the bench at room temp but when I install it ,it runs way off. Here's the kicker!!! Wired it and put it in another fridge at 38deg or so and it runs perfect. Looks like something in my unit is drawing too much juice and slowing it down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope you have some idea what is wrong I'm baffled. Jay
Answer Hello Jay. You will need to do an amp draw test and see which part is bad on the unit and causing the issue you are having. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
