David for Model Number kenmore series 80 model C66822694 Type I80-00 I have replaced the thermostat about 3 times in the last 9 months. Does not appear to be any visual damage to the heating element. The dryer runs hot and can be hot to touch. Inside the dryer where the heat comes in can be hot at times when the dryer has not run. As this is consistently creating a fire hazard and I am not versed with knowledge of electric circuits. Any ideas or recommendations.
