Julie Hi - This dryer model WED485HW0 is about 2 years old. It dries normally, and there is no problem with a regular timed cycle. Sometimes, though, extra time is needed for heavy items like towels. Now the dryer will no longer turn on again and run an extra 10 minutes if it's warm from a recent cycle. I end up draping the items on hangers., Which part needs to be replaced? Thanks.
