Bill for Model Number TAWB600JQ0 I was interested in adding a fabric softener dispenser to our washer. I previously purchased model number 63580 and it does not seem to work. Placing a cupful of softer in the top, when it spins it appears to use centrifugal force to place the softer inside along the inner wall of the dispenser. If I am guessing right, when it slows down or stops the softer drains out of the bottom of the dispenser, the problem is, where does it go? I have a screw that most likely holds the agitator on and the rest of the unit is sealed so the softener over time just accumulates and eventually creates a huge mess. What am I missing???
