Answer Sabrina, There should be a green string that looks like weed eater string when you open the dispenser area. If you pull this string then it should release the latch for the door. You will want to check the door gasket to ensure it is properly in place but also check the door lock assembly to make sure that it was reconnected properly. Read More...
