Answer Frank, there is a repair video for the door latch kit 279570 available just under the item image. However, during this failure, the unit can be unplugged, the top panel removed, and the door switch tested at the main control from the wire at connection P8 pin 4 to the wire at connection P8 pin 3 for continuity (door has not been moved). If there is continuity, then the latch is not going to be the issue. The most likely issue if the door switch has continuity would be the main control WPW10174745. Read More...
