Rudy I came home and my washer had a ld error code I unplugged it and then I got a ce code so I did a little research and then I took apart the top where the motor contoller is and I will disconnected the plugs and plugged them back in 30 hoping that would work. I plugged the machine back in and I ran quick wash and went to my room then 10 minutes later I heard a noise from the Washing machine I went to check it out and water was all over the floor but the cycle was still running and the machine was full of water too is my pump bad?
Answer Hello Rudy. Either the pressure switch or the water valve failed on the unit. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit. Read More...
