Dave for Model Number 110-21062000 I have a Kenmore Calypso washer model #110-21062000. The touch screen will not power on, somethings I will get it to power up and get an error code FL. But for the most part it is as if there is no power, the touch screen is blank and no sounds. I changed out the main control board no change, I then changed out the power cleaner/filter and still no change. I know that the FL means flood warning, could a bad drain pump cause this kind of issue? If not what could be the problem?
Answer Dave, The drain pump would not cause a FL error. This would be caused by the pressure switch sensing that the unit is getting too full.
