Phillip for Model Number LGR7648KQ1 Dryer produce very little heat. Flame comes on with a pop sound and the flame is very low. What could be the problem?, thanks.
Answer Phillip, If the dryer has been in storage or not in use for a while, there could be debris in the gas valve burner orifice. Is the dryer converted for the proper type gas supply, Natural Gas vs. LP Gas ? and is the supply pressure proper ? If all's OK, or the dryer has been in continuous use, you'll need to check the gas line to see it isn't kinked and replace the gas valve WP8318277 it is possible there has been an internal failure in the valve.
