Answer Hello Lyn. It sounds like the gas valve coils 279834 are bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. If the igniter does not glow any more through the cycle, you will need to test the thermal cut outs as well in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
