Susan My dryer is not heating. Suspect thermal fuse and / or igniter. Thought I would replace fuse first because it is cheaper and easier to access. But can I also access the igniter from the back and maybe do both at once? If I order the igniter and don't need it, can I return it say if I don't even open the package?
Answer Susan, The igniter is located inside the unit and not accessible from the back. If you order the igniter and it is not installed then it is returnable but if it is installed then it cannot be returned due to being an electrical part. Read More...
