Steven, Check for 220 VAC at the outlet and at the terminal block on the back of the dryer. Check the Blue wire from the start switch, to the fuse/motor, there should be 120 VAC on the blue wire to chassis ground when the start switch is pressed. Then check the blue wire from the timer to the start switch in a dry mode to make sure there's power out of the timer. If all's Ok there, you'll need to check for voltage in and out of the thermal fuse on the blower housing and to the motor switch. These are "live" voltage checks, you need to be very careful and safe.
