Answer Steve, yes, the first check would be the oven igniter and wiring. Check the wire to make sure it's not shorted or "pinched" to the cabinet or frame, the tip isn't damaged or "melted" and that it is in the correct position on the burner mount to properly spark and ignite the burner flame. Check the gas valve orifice, make sure it is clean and there's no debris, grease, or spillage in the opening of the orifice hood. Read More...
