Ron for Model Number KEBS278SSS04 The outer broil element is fried. The inner one looks normal. Will run a test, but short of that, what can cause the element to fry? I will purchase a replacement from u, but if something other than aged element, it will not do much good to purchase a new one if something else is causing the problem and fry a new one?
Answer Hello Ron, Most of the time when an element burns it is just its' time since it is designed to use the voltage applied.
