Qpham for Model Number WFE525C0BS0 Looks like the front two large burners are not working as the front right lights up then go off and no heat for a long while. The front left lights up but takes and seems like it works but take a long time to heat up. I opened up the cover and noticed both of these burners got cracks in the ceramic like ring parts that the coils are in. And the rear burners that i tested to be working all have the rings intact. I'm not sure how they cracked but is that what caused them to not work anymore? Anyway would I need to replace both front large burners and the correct p/n for them? Thanks
Answer Qpham, the cracked insulation you are referring to will not keep the element from working, it just keeps the heat from leaking out around the element.
