Scott for Model Number RF368LXPQ0 Everything works but. When you use the oven the top element that’s in the oven it will not shut off. It just keeps heating. And then get an error code f3e2. Replaced the temp probe. Same problem.
Answer Scott, the wires going to the oven elements ( broil element W10856603 and bake element WPW10308477 ) will need to be tested for continuity to the chassis by accessing the back, connecting one probe to the chassis, the other probe would be tested to each of the element's terminals as well as the wires. If the terminals on the element test continuity to ground, the element would need to be replaced. If either of the wires tests continuity to ground, the wire will need to be traced to the point of failure.
