Scott, the wires going to the oven elements ( broil element W10856603 and bake element WPW10308477 ) will need to be tested for continuity to the chassis by accessing the back, connecting one probe to the chassis, the other probe would be tested to each of the element's terminals as well as the wires. If the terminals on the element test continuity to ground, the element would need to be replaced. If either of the wires tests continuity to ground, the wire will need to be traced to the point of failure. If these check good, then the most likely failure is going to be the main control WP6610457 relay not opening.
