Answer Hello A.C.R. You need to check and see if the motor is running inside the freezer. If the fan motor is not running in the freezer, and there is power coming to it, you will need to order and replace the fan motor WPW10128551 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
