Kosta, With the fan motor not running you will want to make sure that the unit is not in a defrost cycle. If the condenser fan and compressor are also not running then this would be the most likely cause. The unit may be in defrost and if you turn the dial on the timer til it clicks it should come out of defrost and the fan should work. If this does not work then the defrost timer would be the issue.
