Joann for Model Number pur pop out refridge water filter The eject button popped out when I took the old filter out and now i can't get it pushed back in so the new filter won't stay in. what do I do? did I break the eject button when I pulled out the old filter? It goes in and out when I push it
Answer Joann, The push button on the filter should be popped to the outer most position when the filter is in place or not. The only time it will push in is when the filter is being pulled out. You will want to push the filter in with a little bit of force in order for it to lock into place. If you need to use the end of a broom and push on the filter to push it in all the way.
