Answer Hello Christine, You can try pressing and Releasing the Light Button (door switch) 5 times Quickly. Other models require that you Press and Hold The Light and Lock Buttons until the Water Filter light flashes. Other designs require that you press and hold the “RESET” button for 10 seconds.
