John for Model Number WRF560SEYM04 I had a whirlpool refrigerator delivered yesterday. It has French doors and a water dispenser on the outside. Since we had it delivered and installed, water has been dripping from the dispenser. We must have emptied at least 10 gallons out to clear the line. The water drip may stop for several hours but restart when someone tries to get a glass of water from the dispenser. We just discovered this morning that the water filter ejects from the housing sometimes when dispensing water. Could this be causing the leaking problem and what can we do? Thanks John
Answer John, Yes, the water filter popping out would cause the unit to drip at the dispenser. You will want to make sure that the filter is in all the way and if it is fully seating and locking into place.
