William W. for Model Number Water Filter Part No. 4396841 I need to find the outer cap for the filter. I was attempting to take the old filter out, which I can't, but the cap broke. I received the filter from you and I can't find the model of the Refrigerator, but it's a 2010 Whirlpool, I purchased it a Lowe's. Can you help? Thanks
