Tex i have a whirlpool refrigerator with the push buttom in the bottom left grille under the freezer door i use the everydrop3 filter. i have changed the filter in the past using the same brand filter with no issue, but the new filter will not connect. I have tried 2 brand new filters with the same result, however I can remove and replace the old filter with no problem.
Answer Tex, If the new filter will not go in then it sounds like the filter may be causing the issue. Try to put a little thin coat of vege oil on the seal at the end of the filter to see if that will not allow the filter to slide into place. Read More...
