Donna for Model Number Kitchenaid Surberba Refrigerator My water and ice dispenser are on the outside for easy access to get crushed, cubed ice or water. My water is working but my icemaker is no longer working, does this probably mean that I need my icemaker repaired? I also pushed in the reset button because it was red and now it is green, possibly that could be the reason, not sure what I need to do. Thanks for your help. Donna
Answer Hello Donna. If the icemaker is not making ice, and there is no water coming to the icemaker, you will need to make sure the fill tube is not frozen. If it is clear, and the icemaker is cycling and no water, replace the water valve. If the icemaker does not cycle, replace the icemaker. Read More...
