Janet for Model Number ED2JHGXRO00 I can not remove my water filter. I have taken off white cap and even the front grill. I turn, push, pull... nothing. Any suggestions on getting it out?
Answer Janet, To remove the water filter, there is a button on the side of the housing. You will need to push this button and the filter will pop out. If when you push the button the filter does not pop out then you may need to get ahold of the filter with channel locks while pushing in on the button pull out on the filter. Read More...
