Yvonne K. I received a water filter, # 4396508, exactly like the one I am replacing, but….for some unknown reason, I cannot rotate the cap in order to complete the installation. I have done it many times before. The filter looks OK, and exactly like the old one... although the box it arrived in was a bit battered. What can be the matter?
