Doug for Model Number JennAir M169W builtin microwave The unit just quit working all at once. The lights operate but the that is all. I removed it and then checked the fuse. The small 20 amp fuse gives an almost duplicate Ohm reading as does my multimeter, which supposedly means that the fuse is good. Can you tell the the next most likely culprit?
Answer Hello Doug. If the lights work, but there is no display on the unit. You will need to check the control board on the unit. If the display is working, you will need to check the door switches on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
